About the center

Peregrine Center for Training, Rehabilitation and Consultation is the first security training center in the Republic of Yemen that follows a competency-based training methodology, in addition to its reliance on identifying and evaluating training needs to fill gaps in participants’ knowledge, skills or abilities and comparing them with the levels required to support and sustain the implemented changes.

As we all know, training aims to develop the technical, behavioral and administrative capabilities and skills of involved individuals to enable them to perform effectively and productively leading to achieving goals, and to provide them with the competencies they need to enter the labor market, practice the profession or continue to develop their skills throughout their career on an organized, knowledgeable and skillful basis in a variety of domains, perceptions, circumstances, etc.

Therefore, program development is a step in a process that extends between analyzing training needs and following up and evaluating their implementation. Hence, Peregrine Center for Training, Rehabilitation and Consultation, and in accordance with the best practices of security companies, seeks through its training plans to have its courses and training programs specialized and focused in the security, governmental and community sectors, and in a manner that contributes to improving the performance of institutions, developing their organizational and practical environment and efficiently meeting the needs of the facility and customers in high efficiency training.
