PSS applies a Quality Assurance Management System to deliver consistent services and performance that ensures compliance with public safety and human rights; adheres to applicable laws and company ethics; enhances customer satisfaction. while working to reduce or eliminate performance risks; Promoting continuous improvements to the quality system to enhance customer satisfaction.

The goals and objectives of the PSS' Quality Assurance Management System are:

  • Promoting a culture in which the safety and security of individuals and property is a top priority.
  • Developing and applying the company’s quality procedures, standards and specifications.
  • Setting performance standards for quality and health and safety standards.
  • Monitoring performance by collecting relevant data and producing statistical reports.
  • Enhance the quality of service provided to our customers and meet their requirements, in accordance with agreed or applicable standards, regulations and conditions.
  • Promoting a culture of quality by identifying and evaluating risks at all levels to meet the company’s strategic and operational objectives.
  • Continuously assessing the effectiveness of the quality assurance management system through scheduled internal audits and implementing the quality control system.

Scope:

The Quality Policy applies to all employees who work for PSS.

Policy statement:

  • PSS is committed to safety of its employees and customers, through the execution of all operations and projects in accordance with the customer’s requirements, system procedures, domestic and international laws and regulations.
  • Enhancing service quality and building trust among all our stakeholders through a thoughtful vetting process and maintain a balance between accountability and improvement.
  • PSS’ policy is that information and experience from operations are fully utilized at each level of the company to continuously improve the business management system.

Quality Control Assessment and Inspection:

Quality control records are kept to demonstrate the effective operation of the quality system.
These include:
  • Results/Outcomes records/internal and external audit reports and evaluation process,
  • Client satisfaction assessment survey records,
  • Level of efficiency and effectiveness of operational performance and applicable administrative regulations,
  • Records of affirmative action and measures taken,
  • Follow-up on previous assessment records and recommendations for corrections and development,
  • Records of specific development recommendations needed to meet client’s requirements and expectations.
  • Records of recommendations on resources, requirements, policies and skills for their development.

Policy Review:

PSS’ senior management are the responsible to review this policy annually.

Safe and healthy working environment and conditions is of paramount and significant requirement that added value to all other aspects of our security activities and operations. PSS policy is to provide a safe and healthy working environment and conditions that maintain the most effective control procedures in creating best working conditions for our personnel.
Recognizing the high levels of risk inherent to business operations and hazardous conditions environments, shall ensure that all reasonable precautions are to be taken to protect security personnel in high risk , life-‐threatening , and/or unhealthy conditions for operations including the provision of adequate protective equipment, including medical support and insurances

Our goal is to ensure a healthy, safe and risk-free work environment and further control any actual or potential work risks to lives and property, through our commitment approach to occupational health and safety in the work environment, that is in compliance with national and international laws and codes of good practices in the field of occupational health and safety.

Our HSE policy adopts an integrated analysis of work environmental that impacts the work performance through identifying, evaluating, and the various working conditions that may compromise a healthy and safe working environment and standards. PSS is not only interested in observing these indications for quality improvement purposes, but further to make the necessary corrective measures in order to stop wrong conditions and practices that may endanger people’s health and safety.

A- Provisions for Safety, and Healthy working environment:

PSS Company is committed to the following:

  • Providing safe, secure, healthy and free of danger working environment and conditions at all locations.
  • Ensuring that all rules and regulations related to health & safety protection requirements and equipment are complied with and that all required resources are provided and applicable at all times.
  • All PSS personnel, are required to adhere to the established policies & procedures and shall actively participate in all security and safety training programmed.
  • All PSS personnel shall be adequately trained to identify workplace hazards and take appropriate corrective actions to mitigate their affect.
  • PSS Supervisors are responsible for maintaining safe and secure working conditions and practices and are responsible for all personnel under their supervision.
  • A regular review aimed to assess a safe and healthy occupational work place is to take place in order to verify conditions that ensures safety and healthy environments.
  • All PSS personnel are motivated to immediately report any unsafe or hazardous working conditions.
  • Cooperation between PSS company and its clients and contractors is essential to support and sustain an effective Safety and healthy working environment program and / or arrangements.

The success of PSS’s operations is dependent on how well we can adapt to the market context where the operations are being conducted, which is also identified and evaluated prior to any operation; This include but is not limited to , cultural and political context , legal and regulatory requirements, contractual obligations , infrastructural requirements, management of our resources , supply-chain management , and clients satisfaction;

By understanding this , PSS , has incorporated the principles of operational sustainability into overall approach to how we conduct our services that reflects PSS principles of Sustainability in its business operations, thus recognizing that its long-term growth can only be achieved through Operational Sustainability Development; Additionally, the integrity of our operations management system that focuses on respect for human life, the safety and security of our operations , personnel , and clients, accountability to law and respect for human rights as well as continuous improvement, both proactive and reactive, were also among our vision towards achieving an affective operational sustainability developments policy ;
